White chocolate and olive oil ice cream waffle

Ingredients

  • Wafflemeister Classic Waffle 1
  • Yarde Farm Vanilla Ice Cream 1 scoop
  • White chocolate sauce 20g
  • Extra virgin olive oil 1.5g
  • Maldon sea salt 0.5g

Method

      1. Warm waffle until crisp on the outside and soft in the centre.
      2. Place waffle centrally on serving plate.
      3. Add one firm scoop (approx. 50g) vanilla ice cream to the centre.
      4. Drizzle white chocolate sauce over the ice cream.
      5. Finish with a light drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
      6. Sprinkle a pinch of Maldon sea salt over the top.
      7. Serve immediately.
