Biscoff® banoffee ice cream waffle

Ingredients

  • Wafflemeister Classic Waffle 1
  • Medium banana ½
  • Yarde Farm Lotus Biscoff® Ice Cream 1 scoop
  • Caramel sauce 25g
  • Biscoff® Crumb 15g

Method

  1. Warm waffle until crisp on the outside and soft in the centre.
  2. Place waffle centrally on serving plate.
  3. Arrange sliced banana evenly over the waffle.
  4. Add one rounded scoop (approx. 80g) Biscoff® ice cream to the centre.
  5. Spoon caramel sauce over the ice cream and across the waffle.
  6. Sprinkle Biscoff® crumb over the ice cream, banana and waffle.
  7. Serve immediately.
