Ingredients

  • Wafflemeister Classic Waffle 1
  • Yarde Farm Pistachio Ice Cream 1 scoop
  • DaVinci Chocolate Flavoured Dessert Sauce 20g
  • Crushed pistachios 15g
  • Icing sugar

Method

  1. Warm waffle until crisp on the outside and soft in the centre.
  2. Place waffle centrally on serving plate.
  3. Add one rounded scoop (approx. 80g) Yarde Farm Pistachio Ice Cream to the centre of the waffle.
  4. Spoon dark chocolate sauce over the ice cream and across the waffle.
  5. Scatter crushed pistachios over the ice cream and waffle.
  6. Serve immediately.
