Ingredients

  • Chocolate filled churros 3
  • Double chocolate cookie dough 1 puck
  • Milk chocolate cookie dough 1 puck
  • White chocolate cookie dough 1 puck
  • Caster sugar 2g
  • Yarde Farm Hazelnut & Chocolate Ice Cream 1 scoop
  • Chocolate dessert sauce 15g
  • Chocolate flake 1

Method

  1. Cook the churros as per pack instructions and keep warm
  2. Place the cookie doughs into a skillet and bake as per instructions or until soft and baked
  3. Dust the churros with caster sugar and place into a serving dish
  4. Top the cooked cookie dough with the ice cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce and flake pieces
  5. Serve immediately
