Our fantastic range of seven delicious locally made
cakes, desserts and puddings are produced in small
batches and hand finished using only the finest
ingredients. Because each dessert is pre-cut there
is no waste - ideal for when the demand fluctuates,
as each portion can be served as required.

They are ideal as a backup alongside your current
desserts, or as an alternative when the specials are
not available. Due to the “serve as required” nature
of this product, you can offer a wider choice as only
one portion need be taken out of the freezer at a
time - no need remove a whole dessert!
